"We booked this property very last minute whilst stranded nearby and we are so glad we did. As soon as we walked in the staff made us feel at home. The lady at the reception, Tilly, went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. We had forgotten some essentials with it being an unexpected booking and Tilly brought us what we needed from home the very next morning. It was so kind and thoughtful. We enjoyed time in the garden and the location was fantastic. Very close to the forest and also to Peppa Pig World for those with young children. We will be back!"

"The Burley Manor is in a beautiful area, the vast New Forest national park is within a few minutes walk. Theres some lovely local eateries and shops within 5 minutes walk from the front door. Everything is very clean, you can tell they have high standards for housekeeping. the staff are faultless. They are so welcoming and helpful. My only minor improvement would be that parts of it need updating, the carpets leading upstairs in the main building don’t look so good. And the fittings are a bit old (not old style-old) so if you are someone who needs modern fittings then you need to see if they have rooms with that. It may well be the case that newer rooms are different. The outdoor pool was lovely in the afternoon sun, it’s not big enough to swim lengths but it’s perfect for relaxing in after a Spa treatment! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thank-you Burley Manor for a wonderful weekend :) "

"This is lovely property in a very special location surrounded by trees and wildlife with a gorgeous garden. In the evening there is a bar in the garden which is delightful. Dogs seemed most welcome and we will be back to take our dog there for sure....."
